Becky Grove, CRS — Associate Broker
York's Leading Ladies in Real Estate · York, PA · (717) 718-2155
Becky is the original “Leading Lady” and for over 18 years has provided superior service to hundreds of home buyers and sellers in York County. She built the “Leading Ladies” team with professionals whom she felt mirrored her own concerns for a high degree of professionalism, a sincere interest in her clients’ welfare and a total commitment to superior customer service.
In 1995 Becky was proudly awarded the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. A Certified Residential Specialist is a Realtor who has earned certification from the Council of Residential Specialists by completing a rigorous course of advanced training and meeting significant experience requirements. Just 5% of all Realtors in the U.S. can call themselves Certified Residential Specialists.
Becky’s focus with “The Leading Ladies” is a general overseeing of all facets of the homes and transactions that come under our care, and working with home sellers to accomplish their goals — selling their homes for the highest possible price, in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of inconvenience. Providing comprehensive market analysis to help sellers determine fair market value of their home is her specialty. Combined with being an extremely effective negotiator, that makes all her clients winners.
A long list of satisfied customers is the obvious reason that 88% of her clients are repeat customers or referrals from past customers. Becky invites you to join that extensive list of satisfied customers and let the “Leading Ladies” help you with all of your real estate needs.
Becky is a native of York County and is very familiar with property values all over our lovely area. In addition to the CRS designation, Becky is licensed as an Associate Broker in the state of Pennsylvania. She lives with her husband Royce and has two grown daughters, Jennifer and Angeline. She enjoys reading, gardening and traveling.
